Regular Services

We have church services on Sundays at 11.00 am. There is Holy Communion on the third Sunday of the month and when there is a fifth Sunday then there is usually a joint service with neighbouring Aldham. See Newsletters.

  • 1st Sunday 11.00 am Morning Worship
  • 2nd Sunday 11.00 am Morning Worship
  • 3rd Sunday 11.00 am Holy Communion (Common Worship)
  • 4th Sunday 11.00 am Morning Worship
  • 5th Sunday 10.00 am Joint service with Aldham (see newsletter for details)

You are very welcome to join us for worship at any of our services.

We generally follow the readings as set in the Lectionary in order to give breadth and continuity to the preaching and teaching themes. For all our services we use easy-to-follow booklets or the service words are projected onto a screen dropped down in front of the East Window.

The Morning Worship follows a simple order, there will be a mixture of modern and traditional worship songs either played by a worship band of up to 5 members, a time of prayers and a talk.  Usually lasting about an hour.

Communion Services use the Common Worship order. We welcome visitors from any Christian denomination and if you normally take communion in your own church, please feel free to receive communion here.

Children are welcome at all our services. For small children there is a mat on the floor close to the front, there are also activity material and low tables in the Tower area at the rear.

There is a loop system for hearing-aid users.
Coffee, tea and biscuits are served after services in the adjoining Church Hall.
