I wonder what it is that sustains you through tough times and in difficult situations? What is it that keeps you persevering, and that keeps your mind, body and spirit refreshed? As we explore the themes running through Psalm 34 and John 6, we will consider ways in which God provides for our minds, our bodies and our spirit, sustaining us through the most difficult of times.
